- Debtor is a UK trading business (England and Wales)
- Work has been completed or a milestone has been delivered
- A written agreement, SOW, PO or approval trail exists
- Typically under 180 days overdue. Older matters may still be reviewable where the file is strong
- No fully-developed dispute already in solicitor hands
- The debtor is stalling, going silent or giving vague replies
